Upon incorporation, the company’s product list was simple: egg rolls and fried chicken for the Asian restaurant industry.
~ 2018
Celebrating the company’s 1 millionth hand-rolled egg roll ever sold. Dumplings and additional specialized egg roll flavors are added to product list.
~ 2019
Full adoption of zero waste policy. Solar panels begin installation, covering over 2 acres of flat rooftop.
~ 2020 - 2021
We wholesale a wide range of hand-cut chicken, pork, and beef products. If you name it, we probably have it, and at a better value than your regular supplier. We are known throughout many parts of Chicago for being both reasonable and high-quality with our products.
Sky Blue also processes certified organic meat and poultry as well. If you have any needs for meat processing, private label, etc, please feel free to contact us.
